billing inquiry

Hi,

 

I have just found out that I was billed  hundreds of $ for "social interaction" app that I did not order and never used.

 

I have tried for the last hour to get to a "billing question"  option and did not succeed. The "support" options are very cumbersome and far from being user friendly.

 

How can I contact by phone/chat/email an Apple representative to check the matter?
