MacBook shuts down when being in sleep

On my MacBook Pro 13 Pro with Sierra 10.12.6 I have problem after long sleep with plugged AC all time. After open the lid - all programs starts again, Mac Os behavior as like after reboot or shutdown.

This issue doesn't appeared if sleep time wasn't too long - e.g. 2-3 hours. Precise time can't be calculated by me.

I've disabled standby and autopoweroff in attempt to fix this but it doesn't helped.
