iTunes Store is missing the App section

Hi there

I have just purchased a new windows laptop. I have authorised the laptop and synced my iPhone 6 with it. So far so good. But I have just noticed none of my apps are showing up on the laptop. Now I have noticed when I go into the iTunes Store on my laptop there is no app section. No App Store section is showing. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this. Thanks.
