How to delete my payment info

Can't download my free apps due to payment info

I've tried pc vs Mac logins and neither way has a "none" option for a card as many threads state. Not even my iTunes app has the option. I no longer have a debit card so I'm stuck with no way to download or update apps. This is aggravating. I've waited about a month but I need certain ones to help me keep up with my classes. I knew i should've never put my info in.

How do u delete it ugh this is super annoying trying to figure this out
