Can’t review apps on iOS 11

This is a screen shot from the iOS 11 iPad App Store - before I lose the last of my sanity, can someone PLEASE tell me how I leave a review…?! I can’t find a ’leave a review‘ link/button anywhere!

2017 iPad Pro

Write a Review option appears only for apps that you bought/downloaded.

Also make sure you’re logged in not the App Store using the Apple ID that was originally used to buy it.
