This Apple ID has been disabled

I've changed my password and the security questions and still i get this announcement : " This Apple ID has been disabled " what can i do ?

Did you do anything else after changing the account's password i.e. have you also followed these instructions : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support ? If you have and the account still shows as disabled try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can / will re-enable it : https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

Apple has a account recovery system in place

Called iforgot which you can use to regain access to your account. In many cases but not all of them

You will be asked to reset your Apple ID password to gain access to your account once again.
