Found apple watch.

I found apple watch on a beach and restarted it. But email is connected. I cant do anything with this apple watch. please help me. what can I do to use this watch even for seeing time.

The Apple Watch is either lost or stolen. There is nothing you can do to bypass Activation Lock. I would suggest turning the Apple Watch over to your local Law Enforcement.
