FaceTime on IPAd pro

I am unable to find FaceTime after upgrading to an IPad Pro---it won't come up in a Apps Store search or in any listing of purchased apps which includes several apps that were on my prior IPad---anyone have any other suggestions ??

On the device, open Settings, General, and then About. If the model number has AB or AE just before the slash, it won't have FaceTime in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, or any country outside the Middle East; only SIM cards for certain Middle Eastern carriers enable it. Otherwise, check the device’s restrictions.
