I am having trouble using the appstore since my...

Hi can anyone help. Since I uldated my ipad to ios 11 I cannot download anything from the app store. I have tried signing out of the app store but nothing happens. I have signed out of my apple id and signed back in, still. O change. I have restarted my ipad. I have checked that my wifi is on. Infact my ipad seems to work in all other apsebt except the app store. Any suggestions!
