Why is everything’s crashing??

MacBook Retina Early 2016

Version 10.12.6

First my problem is my laptop keeps crashing or turning off on its own while I’m using it . Then, Safari keeps crashing, right now Dashboard is also crashing. What’s happening with my laptop?? For safari, I already deleted the cache and history but nothing happens. 

Does everything crash in safe mode too?
