Bad battery time with ios 11?

I have just upgraded my ipad air from ios 10 to 11.0.1.

It seem like the battery time with the new ios is much shorter than the old version.  You could almost see the battery percent figure go down, percent per percent....

What could be done about this? Is it at bug?
