how to take an apple id off my ipad without kno...

Hello 

I've got an old email address which I don't use anymore mainly because I don't know the password so I can't change my password for Apple ID and don't know my Apple ID so what can I do? 

Contact Apple for help. There isn't anything you can do.

If you have Find My iPhone enabled on that iPad, you can neither disable FMi nor sign out of that Apple ID without typing its password. This restriction ensures that the one trying to sign out is the real owner of the iPad and not someone who found a lost device.
