App Store Problem!

Hi there!

I can't connect my MacBook Pro OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 to App Store. I tried the advanced steps suggest on the website but it didn't work.

I really need to solve the problem because I'm giving away the laptop so I need to format it.

Because of this problem I'm not able to update the software I really don't know what to do.
