Big Level Meter?

The mixer's level meters are OK for a quick glance, but I need to see them bigger so I can see more detail. I am particularly interested in seeing the output's level in a large format. I can't seem to change the size on the mixer itself, so I started experimenting with plugins and I found the Level Meter plugin. But it is clearly not providing the same readings as the level meter in the mixer, as can be seen in this screenshot. What is happening here? How can I see a large-format output level meter that matches what the mixer says?
