Help Me

I have tried everything to download Itunes onto my PC. I keep getting this pop up:

" There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. What the heck is this and how do I fix this problem so I can have Itunes back onto this computer! Thanks in advance.
