Macbook Pro 13" Problems

Specs:

Processor- 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5

Memory- 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Storage Capacity- 500GB

Operating System- OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.5

My Macbook Pro keeps restarting and beeping all on its own. Sometimes the screen will freeze and get static-y in various forms of rectangular blocks across the screen before it restarts itself.

I did the hardware tests- the one that takes two minutes and the extensive one. Both said it found no problems.

I took out the back part and found a lot of dust and cream-ish/yellow-ish crust in side and along the back panel. It looks like the substance was one liquid, but has dried into crust, but I have no idea what it is. There's an abundance of this substance near the top, where the little openings are.

I also lost two of the black bottom feet for the laptop as well, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. I'm wondering what I can do to fix this problem.

I would start with resetting the NVRAM and the SMC:

Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support

Then reboot removing everything is connected with the Mac. If you still have the problem, reboot in safe mode: macOS Sierra: Start up in safe mode and in case of still problem, well give a try with this: https://etrecheck.com/ and post the full report here.
