How do I erase the info on a spare iPad before lending it?

You can restore your device using iTunes. This will erase all the stuff from your iPad and will restore it to factory settings.

Also, as an alternative method you can go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset all content and settings. This method will also erase all the stuff from your iPad and will restore it to factory settings.

Hi Go to iCloud turn off find my ipad.

Then go to settings down to reset Restore ipad back to factory settings

Then it,s ready for setup by new user.
