What do I do if I get the message: "The iPhone ...

My iPhone 6 stopped accepting my new pass code. When I follow the steps to wipe the phone and restore it I get the message in the subject line. I have followed the steps four times with he same result. I have the most up to date version of iTunes. I am working on the computer I always use to sync my phone. What should I do?
