All ICloud photos to External
My iCloud storage says I have 4.1 GB of photos but only 230 come up when I log into it. How can I access all the photos to put them on an external hard drive and then delete them so I have more storage? I have tried all the suggestions from the help center but nothing gets me in to the previously saved photos to remove them.
