app store on a PC

How do I get to the "app Store" on a PC to find apps I want to download? I want to see and review available apps on a PC before buying and downloading on to my iphone.

Hi. The latest iTunes version 12.7 no longer supports the app store or managing apps on a computer. You can only access the app store from an iDevice.
