Problem trying to copy mail message to a folder...

Hi hope someone can help.

I am trying to copy mail from my Mac where I have an On My Mac folder in my mail to a folder in iCloud mail and I keep getting the following pop up (below) but only on certain emails that I try to copy.  Some messages with for example word files attached copy fine. Some for some reason don't trying to track this I found that ones with photos/pictures and complex signatures won't copy and I get the message below there may be other instances where copying doesn't happen apart from these two examples but I haven't found them yet.  I have a lot of messages I want to copy over.

The message that I get mentioned above is

The message “[ Name Of Message ]” could not be moved to the mailbox “[ Folder Name - iCloud” - The IMAP command “APPEND” (to [iCloud Folder Name] ) failed with server error: System I/O error.  Administrator, check server log for details.

Has anyone had the same problem and found a solution to moving mail that is causing this issue.
