I have the exactly same issue. The music is in my purchase list but not downloading. I am not hiding the music purchase I made.... Any ideas? Support has not been able to help yet...

The Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app on the phone is blank, the same as for the OP ? What have you tried to see if you can get it to show there (e.g. logging out and back in, closing the iTunes Store app via the phone's taskbar, soft-reset/reboot of the phone) ?
