Windows 10 RS1 Update with error 0xc00000bb

I try the update several times and when it reboot, it seems that the sys failed to find the hard disk with error 0xc00000bb.

I tried to turn off fast boot and uninstall the graphic card driver but it seems to be no use.

My SSD is Intel 750 400GB with U.2. There seems to be some thing relate to the SSD or the NVMe tech..

升級後重啟報錯0xc00000bb，可能和Intel 750的SSD有關，我試了好幾遍了，卸載顯卡驅動，關閉快速啟動。
