New MacBook Pro fan going crazy all the time

I recently purchased a specced-out 2017 MBP 15inch with Touchbar. Its brand new, ordered from Apple Store.

I have only installed Adobe CS and MS Office (both are official versions & paid for before you ask).

But it seems like the fan is constantly going nuts when I boot up, wake from sleep, and just randomly when I'm using the machine.

I upgraded from a 2014 MBP and the fan only went crazy like that when it had been running for days and had heaps of stuff running.

Is there something wrong with this one? Is there something I can install to check if something is consuming lots of resources?
