Do you know there are different versions of this app for iPad and iPhone? Have you searched the App Store for the proper app?

Yes sir... it's a free app and it has the cloud  with the downward arrow indicating I have previously downloaded it.

You have a problem.

The app requires iOS 10 or later, which requires an iPhone 5S or later. The iPhone 5C is too old for this.
