How to use a connect a MacBook Pro to multiple ...

I have a MacBook Pro 2016 with Touch Bar. I use a CableMatters Thunderbolt 3 adapter to connect to my MacBook. I have a Toshiba dynadock docking station. I plug in the the USB cable that comes from the docking station into the CableMatters adapter. I also have two Acer V193w monitors. I use the docking station to plug the monitors in. Everything is working as far as the monitors turn on, the docking station turns on, the adapter works, and my MacBook works. So I went to system preferences on my MacBook and went to displays. There I could not figure out how to connect multiple displays so I went to Mac help. It says there should be an arrangement pane. On the Mac help window there was a link on the words "Open Arrangement tab" or something like that. When I clicked it on the system preferences/displays window it said that the arrangement tab of Display preferences is hidden because you only have a single display connected. Can anyone please help to fix this?
