How to create Collapse/Expand button for OneNote as Outlook

As we know, we can use "TAB" to set different level for onenote page contects.

Then we can double click to "Collapse" or "Expand" them for outline view.

But I found that after I did "Send to OneNote" in Outlook, the page in OneNote will add a "Collapse"/"Expand" hyperlink automatically. We can just cliked this hyperlink "Button" to collapse or expand the context.
