iTunes 12.7 Fiasco

Apple screwed up big time with this change... there are big advantages to being able to purchase and update apps using iTunes on a Mac or PC, especially if you have more than one iOS device.

Now you have to update/download the same app multiple times for each iOS device using you internet or cell phone data plan to do it.

Yeah, there are people that use the iOS devices for their "computer", but there are more people that use their computers in a centralized fashion to do so; much easier to to download once, and re-sync your devices, especially when you have children with devices and you control what's on them using your personal computer.

I do not have all my apps on both my iPhone and iPod Touch, mainly because there is not enough storage on the iPhone (32GB) as my iPod Touch (64GB).  I use to be able to select or remove apps from either device using iTunes.

I dread to think how the backup and restores on iTunes will work, especially for restoring your iPhone when it gets screwed up from an iTunes sync or when you get a new iPhone and want your old iPhone stuff moved over to it... I have not tried that yet, but I do dread the thought of it.

I sure hope Apple gets bombarded with complaints, and make iTunes right again.  iTunes may be bloated but don't punish your customers because of it.  Try making you Music apple right again too !
