Stop Bluetooth from searching further

When I look at the Bluetooth Settings, I can see other people's devices in the neighborhood continually popping in and out of the  Other list.  I would like it to stop seeking for other devices besides my Apple Pencil.  This is also disturbing, because I know Bluetooth is radiation, and I didn't realize it was strong enough to detect devices that are who knows how far away. There are no other Bluetooth device in my home other than my pencil, so I would love it if I could set Bluetooth to be much, much weaker, but I imagine that's impossible. So my question is, can I tell my iPad to only look for my Pencil and not for other devices?  Thank you!

No. It will automatic scan for a connection.

Unless your Apple Pencil is disconnected, you do not have to go to the BlueTooth settings.
