Sure. However you will need a plug adapter. ANd if it’s a cellular iPad then you need to make sure it works on the cellular system you have in the UK. (there are two different ones in the US) And you may have warranty issues because the warranty may be tied to where it was bought, not where it is used.

so questions you need to ask the seller and in regards to the warranty, get things in writing.

Oh, and you should research customs for the UK and make sure you are in compliance for what you need to declare.
