Smart Playlist Edit Rules with Ratings Issue

Hi, i've just started using iTunes 12.7 and I notice that in the "edit rules" section of a smart playlist (right click on a smart playlist) the ratings option is broken.

It's showing more than 5 stars (see below, the last one is a bit cut off) and when I try to select 3 stars, the click is not registering properly. The whole feature seems to be broken.

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm on Mac OS High Sierra
