Is it possible to get back to El Capitan from S...

Hello everyone,

My name is Taylor, I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch Retina model (late 2015). I am still using the OS X El Capitan that came with when I bought it (last year in 2016). I am thinking to upgrade the OS to MacOS Sierra.

I saw some informations on internet about restoring the Mac OS... According to Apple, during the restore process I should press Shift-Option-Command-R and it will Reinstall the macOS that came with my Mac, or the version closest to it that is still available.

So, If by chance, I update my OS to Sierra and for some reason I just want to get back to El Capitain, it will be possible? (by pressing Shift-Option-Command-R during the restore process). Is El Capitan going to be downloaded and installed on my MacBook Pro again?

Thank you very much.
