Has anyone encountered an inaccurate battery % ...

I went for a 20 min run today and the battery was at 80% before I left.  I played music on my AirPods from the watch (stored music, not streaming) while running.  When I got back, I showered with the watch on for the first time, then noticed the battery had dropped to 43%.  It stayed at 43% for the next 4 house (with normal use) and didn’t go up or down.  Almost as if it was stuck on 43% for some reason.  I then decided to purposely drain by making a few calls, playing with apps etc.  still no change...43%.  I turned the watch off and back on a few minutes later and it changed to 57%.  Has anyone else seen this?
