Photobook Express ‘Out of Focus’ Issue
I recently bought the latest iMac (27-inch iMac with Retina 5K display) and have successfully edited my photos using Creative Cloud.
I am using the software from “Photobook Express” (www.photobookexpress.com) to compile my edited photos into photo albums. However, when I import my photos into the photo book, ALL the pictures become ‘out of focus’ (actually, I think they lost their resolution to a very low level which make them appear ‘out of focus’).
However, when I use the edited photos from my MacPro notebook, I don’t have this issue. I reckon that all this issue arises from the new iMac. Can someone tell me how to address this issue?
The best place to get help is with the makers of these particular apps. That said, how do the images get from the Creative Cloud apps (and btw which app?) to the book software?
