iPhone was stolen, forgot an Apple ID

Hello,

recently I bought a new iPhone 7plus, and gave my old one iPhone 6 to my husband as a gift. He created a new Apple ID. But few days ago his phone was stolen or lost - we don't know where and how. And the problem is that he doesn't remember the exact name of his Apple ID. He knows the password, we have an original box with IMEI. Apple ID was something like ****. And we are pretty sure that "Find my phone" function is turned ON at this stolen or lost device. We want to find it so much! And we don't lost the hope that you can help us somehow to remember Apple ID. I have used my Apple ID on that iPhone 6 before (in the case it could be useful somehow).

I have used my Apple ID on that iPhone 6 before (in the case it could be useful somehow).

It isn't, he/you need to find or remember his id
