I can’t download Mac OS X Yosemite on my ...

As far as I remember, there are no Macs that have Yosemite (10.10) as highest OS. Everything that runs 10.10 should be able to run El Capitan (10.11)... Which version Mac do you have exactly?

As far as I can remember, 10.10 is the final version since when I got my mac, I checked for updates, and there were none. I webt to download OS X, and it took me to OS X Yosemite...

Can you access it in the App Store Purchases tab? What happens when you try to download it?

If you never deliberately downloaded Yosemite when it was available from the Mac App Store, and before El Capitan was released, then you are out of luck, as it is no longer available. However...

Had you downloaded it during its availability, then you can sign into the Mac App Store, press the option key, and click the Purchased tab. You will then see Yosemite in the list of applications, and it will show either Download, or Install. When the download finishes, the installer will be in your /Applications folder, and will prompt you to proceed. If you do not plan to install 10.10.5, then cancel out of that installer.

When you click the  menu : About this Mac, what does it say about your Mac and its model year (e.g. Mac mini (Mid-2011))?

I should have been more specific, I restarted my computer.

Edit: I restarted my computer, and I cannot download OS X Yosemite on my Mac, I put Apple ID and Password, and it says it is temporarily not available.

Sadly not, as I recently got my Mac last week and it had a password. (which I didn’t know and I believe the person gave it to me doesn’t know either because it was given from their mother)
