I find a apple wach

Hello everyone.a few months  ago i find one apple watch. I was to the police,the watch stays there 3 or 4 months and after thia months the police departament call me back and say to me i must come and take the watch back becouse nobody come for this apple watch

Please can someone tell me how i can use this watch for me.i have a iphon to but i cannot use the apple watch becouse is blocked

Can someone help me with a answer or a sugestion..thank you all
