請嚐試執行以下步驟，查看效果。

1.打開命令提示符（管理員），執行以下命令：

FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c “cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart”

2.打開控製麵板進入“啟用或關閉Windows功能”，查看當前是否存在IE9瀏覽器，若存在請勾選後重新啟動設備。

3.打開命令提示符（管理員），執行以下命令：IE11-Windows6.1-x64-en-us.exe / update-no，重啟設備。

4.重新啟動後，打開Internet Explore並按鍵盤上的ALT鍵以顯示幫助菜單（如果不可見），然後單擊幫助 / 關於Internet Explore菜單。在這裏您應該看到，Internet Explorer 11與kb2841134

 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2841134安裝。重新安裝IE11瀏覽器

5.重新進行升級。
