Unable to update apps with MDM

Hi guys,

We are currently using a MDM software for our company ipads, each group (around 3 devices per group) have their own apple id and are correctly configured on the MDM software.

However, everytime an app update comes on, there are some problems uploading the newest version. The only time the app updates come on is with a full reset, or via the app store (but this last option is not a solution for us, as we want to block the app store to front users).

When trying to install the lastest version via MDM, the install command shows on the ipad, but as soon as the installation is completed, the previous version is always showing.

Could you give us any help regarding this situation?

I have this issue to. 

What MDM are you using?

We are using Meraki and they claim it's not them.

If you have discovered a solution, would you please share.  Any help would be great.

Could you get this issue resolved? We are experiencing the same and Meraki is referring us to Apple....

The strange thing is that this worked perfect for us before.
