Applications with black elements

Hello,

I upgraded to Sierra last week and everything was fine but I have been having issues with my screen.

1) I see black elements appearing in my applications

2) Finder bar is empty like the text is gone / black

Rebooting seems to fix the problem temporary. Any idea how to fix this?

I have a MAC book pro 13'' Retina Early 2015

I have highlighted the elements below in the screenshots.
