upgrading 5k iMac 2017

hi guys!
I just got the 2017 5k iMac with a fusion drive

I would like to upgrade the SSD itself and take out the normal hard drive out
I know my way around opening and installing everything.

the problem is, where is should I get the PCIe ssd from?
I called apple and they claim that the ssd is "soldered" to the motherboard and they can't sell me the sad part by itself.
which isn't true because there are a few teardowns on youtube of the same computer and the port is there, it's not soldered.

there is only one SSD that is sold on eBay and claimed to be brand new and from apple.
