App Installs and Disappears

Hey guys. I am trying to install an app from iTunes on my iPhone. I have the .ipa file on my Windows PC. I have imported it to iTunes. I am running iOS 10 on my iPhone. This is what happens when I try to install the app.

- When I click on install and then sync my iPhone, it starts syncing and then the app appears on the iPhone screen and it starts installing.

- After it completes installing, it disappears from my iPhone but on iTunes, the status is 'installing'.

Kindly guide me what should I do.

I would completely delete the app from iTunes and your iPhone.  Then restart your iPhone and reboot your computer.  Finally, download the app again (via iTunes, if you wish) and install in on your iPhone.

I have the same problem but the thing is, I cannot figure out how I can remove the app because it's there in the list and the only option it has is "install" and not "remove"

1- unplug you phone
2- check for apps on right side
3- click on app you want to delete
4- Press Delete or backspace button app will get remove from itunes.
