my ipad air 2 has gone to the blown up screen a...

My ipad has gone to the blown up screen and I cannot get it to return to normal size, nor will it power off completely. Suggestions please

Double tap with THREE fingers.

Go to Settings->General->Accessibility  and then choose "Zoom": turn it OFF.
