iTunes 12.7.0.166 for Windows 10

Hi.

I have always used iTunes with no problems till 2 days ago.

iTunes would not update via the apple updater as always so I manually downloaed it and installed.

When I tried to open i get this error:

This topic I did all the steps and nothing worked

I can only think of 2 changes I see may have caused this:

1 - Updating this new iTunes

2 - Windows 10 did do a big update recently. Here is a pic of my current windows version

Any help is appretiated.
