Time Machine backup Mail no "Restore" button

I'm trying to restore an email folder whose contents got wiped out.  (It is IMAP, the server is GoDaddy's email server.  GoDaddy was not able to help.)  I got the Mail app running, then clicked on "Enter Time Machine".  I can select the folder I want, and the message at the bottom says something like "Click Restore to restore the selected folder."  But there is no Restore button visible.

Exit Mail's full screen mode and make its window sufficiently small before you "Enter Time Machine".

It's a petty that this issue exists since el Capitan.

Contacted Apple once about that but still not solved.
