Apple id is desabled

I have Apple ID desabled. I try to reset all! I tried to change password, I contact an Apple operator but my ID is still desabled! I can't update anything on my iPad. This account is useless and the same become my iPad! Can you help me with more information, please? How to solve this? I don't have ID desabled because of my credit card, because I have a valid one (activated)! I don't have the ID desabled because the passord because I change this any time! What can be?

Because these are user-to-user forums, Apple's involvement on here is very limited e.g. moderating the forums

 

Have you tried resetting the account's password ? And then logging out and back in everywhere that you are using the account ? If you have and it didn't fix it, have you contacted iTunes Support about it to see if they can/will re-enable it ?



I have change my icloud passeword  for 3 times. I don't have problems to log in on icloud.com. My problem is when l want to download  a application from appstore or update some application  it's show this message "id apple has been deactiveted". And i can't do nothing in settings .

In Romania we don't have Apple store , and i can't call  to Apple Support in America  for this error .I am not Bill Gates .Apple  don't have an email adress   to tell about this problem ,and if they had it wold not respond.  Thanks man.

Why not ? You can log out of the store by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tapping 'sign out' on the popup, and you can then log back in with the new password. Have you done that ?

I have the same problem, i tried everything and it still showing me the same massege that said is disable so i dont know what else to do



You've reset its password and logged out and back in everywhere ? What did Support say when you contacted them ?
