how do I gain authorization to play music in ho...

I recently managed to transfer some music from an old ipad to my computer which also appeared in my newer ipad under the "music" icon in a "home sharing" file as a library with my name. When I try to play a song in it, a popup tells me that I'm not authorized to access this information or the song seems to be playing but there is no sound.

My new ipad is running IOS version 10.3.3 and my older ipad was running IOS 9.3.5 if that helps. The music plays in my computer.
