Does anyone have a solution to why itunes will ...

I am so frustrated I want to scream!  Since updating to Windows 10 I am unable to sync my ipod using itunes so therefore my ipod does not have my full library on it.  I'm I'll and frustrated because it gets stuck on determining tracks to sync.  I've uninstalled itunes reinstalled it and nothing. I've switched my lightning cables nothing.  I've switched USB ports nothing.  I've used a different network and still nothing!   Urghh spent 3 hrs on the phone with Apple support and still nothing!
