Apple Music not downloading on iOS11

After upgrading to iOS11, apple music will download only some songs, and report "This Apple ID is only valid for use in the US store" on some others, refusing to download those.  The selection of songs appears to be completely random.  The same song will, however, download fine on my computer using iTunes and the same apple ID. 

Is it a bug in iOS11? 

Does anyone else have the same issue? 

Have you found a solution?
