Any bicycle cadence sensors pair with Watch?

As a new Apple Watch S3 owner, trying to find a compatible cadence sensor. Wahoo and other makers make bluetooth sensors, but so far, can't find any solution. Anyone have a solution, even it it means keeping the iPhone on with you? I would use either the Cyclemeter or Strava apps.
